OneProgram ApS processes the data only on your instructions, under a data processing agreement.

Rights and control
Access and export
Export customers, invoices and reports as CSV or via the API at any time.
Deletion
Delete individual records or a whole workspace. Backups roll off on a fixed schedule.
Breach notification
We notify you without undue delay, so you can meet the 72-hour deadline.
How to export or delete data

Download any list as CSV, or use the API for a full export.
Delete a customer
Remove the customer record; invoices are kept as long as bookkeeping law requires.
Delete a workspace
Owners can delete a whole workspace from Settings.
